After more than 2 months there has been no reply from you to the email I sent on 22 September, on behalf of Paul Crutzen, Arvin Mosier, Wilfried Winiwarter and myself, concerning the biased treatment in your review of our work on N2O emissions from biofuel crops, and the inadequate response to our initial protest. Therefore we have decided to take our arguments into the public domain, in order that the issues involved get as wide a coverage as possible, and that your comments about our work do not remain as the final word on the matter.
