In July 2008, the RFA published the 'Gallagher review' into the indirect effects of biofuel production. In the wake of the Gallagher review, we received several responses, and with the permission of the respondents these are available below. The Gallagher review represented the start of an ongoing program of work on the indirect effects of biofuels for the RFA, and we have a programme of research looking at issues around indirect land use change. Any further comments on the Gallagher review, or our current research programme, will be gratefully accepted.
