Supply / Lift Tally Report

This report indicates where the volumes of fuels lifted and supplied on this account do not match those reported by the lifter/supplier.

On a fuel-by-fuel basis it records the figures reported by this account and compares them with those reported on the other accounts.

Print out this screen (landscape) and check your numbers. If you find errors you should correct them. If not, you will need to contact the other company and ask them to check their numbers. Your trading partners will see a similar report.

If all input matches, the report will be blank.

The RFA Administrator will also be alerted to these mismatches and may contact both parties to resolve the differences. However it is up to the companies involved to sort out any discrepancy. No certificates can be awarded if there are supply/lift differences.
