Maintain User Account

This screen is used to input or edit User Details and User Roles and is available only to the Lead User.

Complete or update the mandatory fields (Title, Forename, Lastname and email address and confirm the email address).

Position
The position field is used to indicate the person who should be our first point of contact with queries about the data entered on the account. Please indicate: Volume Reporter, C&S Reporter or Volume and C&S Reporter as appropriate. If the User is none of these, you should leave this field blank.

Telephone
It is important to enter the User's direct line telephone number so we can contact them with any relevant queries.

Applicable Roles
For users who are not an Account's Lead User, complete the roles:

Certificate Trader - allows the user to transfer certificates to other accounts.

Monthly Fuel Volume Reporter - allows the user to input monthly volume returns for each fuel and to submit the monthly volume return. Without this role, the user will not be able to see the Month Volume Summary screen.

Carbon and Sustainability Reporter - allows the user access to the Carbon and Sustainability report screen. Also allows the user to make the monthly return of carbon and sustainability information for the renewable fuel reported in the volume report.
